Last weekly menu plan for May 2013

The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan
for May 27th thru June 2nd

Notes: I updated my Aldi pricebook book while we were shopping last week... prices keep creeping up a few cents here and there but I was seriously surprised to find a  couple of things five cents cheaper so that made me smile. Speaking of increasing prices. Mr. Steady and I created some wiggle room in the budget and have upped the weekly grocery budget to $80. Yes, it's only an increase of $5 a week and we'll probably have to revisit it again soon.
Food wasted last week: a few lettuce leaves, four bread heels were made a treat for the chickens. A spoonful of green beans and a dibby dab of applesauce in jar were a total waste. Blech.
