Crockpot Recipe- Creamy Mac & Beef

I really hate posting without a photo but I really want to share this recipe...
So the photo doesn't really have much to do with this post.
Except that I like it.
It's a photo of my thankful list and empty breakfast plate on Thanksgiving morning.

Crockpot Creamy Macaroni & Beef
(adapted from Gooseberry Patch's recipe in Dinners on a Dime)
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained (I've substituted ground pork and ground turkey)
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni noodles, UNcooked
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry Italian Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix soup, milk, onion, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper in Crockpot. Stir in beef and noodles, and lastly the cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3.5 hours (making sure macaroni is tender).

Serve with a nice crusty garlic bread and a mix of steamed veggies.
