Yikes! That looks like I went over budget. Nope- this was my monthly trip to Aldi. I had $60 left over from last week’s grocery shopping to go towards this trip (total of $135.00 in my pocket 60+75) the change came out of my coin purse! So far we are on target. With no money left in my grocery envelope, I'm gonna have to be super careful to stay on the straight and narrow next week.
Oh and that $1.39 pineapple- absolutely extremely juicely delicious. What a bargin! I now wish we would have bought two and the plums- oh yum.

I made homemade yogurt and granola yesterday as we were all out. I sent Mr. Steady to the store last week for almond slivers and told him the wrong sized bag to buy- I about flipped when he told me the almonds cost over $6! When he got home I saw he bought the big bag- 16 ounces and the hyperventilating stopped.
I also wish I'd taken pictures of all the bags filling the kitchen table after the Aldi trip... this was a pantry stocking trip. You'll notice I bought 2 mustards and 2 ketchups... I like to keep one of each open in the fridge and an extra of each on the pantry shelf. For some reason, my minions failed  to notify me that we'd gone through the extras. Good thing I did a pantry inspection and freezer inventory.
