Weekly menu plan:Pantry Week for Holiday Savings

The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan
for November 28th through December 4th

Notes: It’s a pantry week. We’re putting together meals from the pantry, fridge and freezer- only buying the necessities: milk, bread and eggs. Need to set some of the grocery budget aside for holiday baking and this is a great week for pinching pennies as we have a lot of leftovers.

Monday
Breakfast:  Homemade oatmeal with blueberries, toast
Lunch:  Diner Dinner
Dinner:  Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza (Try this pizza dough recipe)
Tuesday
Breakfast:   Homemade oatmeal with blueberries and raspberries, toast
Lunch:  leftover pizza
Dinner:  Open face turkey sandwiches, salad
[bread topped with mashed potatoes, shredded turkey and topped with gravy!]
Wednesday
Breakfast:  Homemade oatmeal- Apricot!, toast
Lunch:  Cheesy Ravioli (leftovers thawed from freezer)
Dinner:  Crockpot Breakfast Casserole, fruit
Thursday
Breakfast:  Homemade yogurt with fresh fruit, toast
Lunch:   Diner Dinner
Friday
Breakfast:  Cereal, toast
Lunch:  Nachos
Dinner:  Chicken and noodles, homemade bread, pickles
Saturday 
Breakfast:  Daddy Cook (eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast)
Lunch: Leftover Smorgasbord
Dinner:  Leftover Smorgasbord
Sunday
Breakfast: Coco Wheats w/dried cherries, toast
Lunch:  Crockpot: Beef Stroganoff, homemade bread, steamed veggies
Dinner: nachos, cereal (if late), or other leftovers
Beverages for the week:
Milk, Water, tea, coffee, hot cocoa
Snacks for the week:
Cookies, fresh fruit- bananas & apples, toast & homemade jam, popcorn
Desserts this week:
Hot fudge Sundaes, cheesecake(from freezer)

  1. I hope you get your link issue fixed.
    I love visiting the MPM participants to get recipe ideas. Tonight we're having Pozole. And since the hubby is cooking I can sit back...and wash the dishes.
