Weekly Menu Plan: Oct. 17-23


The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan
for October 17-23rd  

Notes:  The garden is done now. We've got tomatoes ripening inside. I have plans for at least one more batch of applesauce.

Monday
Breakfast:  Homemade caramel apple oatmeal, toast
Lunch:  diner dinner
Dinner: Open faced roast beef sandwiches, steamed corn and peas 
Tuesday- New Recipe Nite
Breakfast:  Homemade yogurt with fresh fruit, toast
Lunch:  quesadillas- ham, cheese and salsa
Dinner:  Hearty squash casserole (from a Gooseberry Patch cookbook), sliced tomatoes
Wednesday
Breakfast:  Overnite oatmeal, toast
Lunch: Diner Dinner
Dinner:  Biscuits and gravy, applesauce
Thursday – Another New Recipe
Breakfast: Homemade yogurt with fresh fruit, toast
Lunch:   Deluxe Grilled cheese sandwiches, chips, pickle spears
Dinner:   Breakfast bowls (from Pinterest)



Friday
Breakfast:  Cereal with fruit
Lunch:  Nachos
Dinner:  Bologna burgers, chips-n-dip
Saturday 
Breakfast:  Daddy Cook (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, toast)
Lunch: Leftover Smorgasbord
Dinner:  Leftover Smorgasbord
Sunday
Breakfast: Coco Wheats w/dried cherries, toast
Lunch:  Beef stroganoff, steamed veggies, biscuits
Dinner: nachos, cereal (if late), or other leftovers
Beverages for the week:
Milk, Water, lemonade, tea, coffee, hot cocoa
Snacks for the week:
Cookies, apples, bananas, homemade yogurt, pretzel sticks and hummus, popcorn
Desserts this week:
Root beer floats, ice cream sundaes, homemade apple sauce, homemade tapioca pudding
