Weekly Menu Plan July 18-24

The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan
for July 18-24th            

Notes:  Well, I was able to go a whole month between Aldi shopping trips. Four weeks and I have noticed a lot of price increases between 10-20 cents. Mr. Steady and I talked about how the price increases are affecting our grocery bill… I’m still managing to stay within my budget of $75/week but just barely. We’re gathering lots of lettuce out of the garden… so we’re eating salad about every day. The cucumbers will be ready soon and we’re enjoying some zucchini given to us by friends.

Breakfast: Eggs in a basket, sausage links, fresh fruit
Lunch:  Soup-n-sandwiches (soup leftover from end of last week)
Dinner: beef-n-noodles, farmer's  squash sauté, salad
Tuesday – Daddy: Church softball nite
Breakfast:   Homemade yogurt with fresh fruit, toast
Lunch:  Ham and cheese quesadillas
Dinner:  hamburger gravy on toast, greens salad
Breakfast: Cereal with fruit
Lunch: nachos
Dinner:  Open faced roast beef sandwiches, greens salad
Breakfast: Yogurt Smoothies, toast and jam
Lunch:  End of summer reading luncheon @ library
Dinner:  Steak Kabobs, parmesan zucchini sticks, greens salad
Breakfast:  French toast and fruit kabobs
Lunch:  Diner dinner
Dinner:  Bologna burgers, chips-n- dip
Breakfast: Daddy cook: eggs, bacon & toast
Lunch: Leftover Smorgasbord
Dinner: Leftover Smorgasbord
Breakfast: Coco Wheats w/dried cherries, toast
Lunch:  Easy chicken parmesan, green beans, green salad
Dinner:  Nachos
Beverages for the week:
Milk, Water, lemonade, ice tea, coffee
Snacks for the week:
Cookies, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, popsicles, humus & pretzels, popcorn
Desserts this week:
Ice cream sundaes, brownies
