Weekly Menu Plan-- Its June & It's Hot!

The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan
for May 30- June 5th       

Notes:  The menu plan is a day late due to Memorial Day. Also it’s hot here right now. And the air-conditioners aren’t in and we’ve got a busy week- so I’m into making quick, no slaving over hot stove meals this week.

Breakfast: cereal, toast
Lunch: Family cook-out with my parents
Dinner:  lunch leftovers
Breakfast:  Homemade Yogurt with jam & granola, toast
Lunch: Diner Dinner
Dinner:  Sloppy Pizza burgers, chips [note: carry over meal from last week]
Breakfast: hard boiled eggs, apple sauce and toast
Lunch:  mini pizzas (made from English muffins)
Dinner:  Slow-cooker Pork Dinner, greens salad, biscuits
Breakfast: Yogurt smoothies, toast
Lunch:  Turkey sandwiches, chips, pickle spear
Dinner:  Cream chip beef and mashed potatoes
Friday  - End of Year Homeschool Group Camp-out
Breakfast:  Homemade Yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, toast
Lunch:  Diner Dinner
Dinner:  Potluck Dinner- bringing: my macaroni salad, triple fudge brownies
Breakfast: Potluck—fruit salad & coffee creamer
Lunch: Potluck- 3 pkgs hotdogs & buns
Dinner: Leftover Smorgasbord
Breakfast: Coco Wheats w/dried cherries, toast
Lunch:  Easy chicken parmesan, greens salad, sliced tomatoes w/ feta
Dinner: nachos (or cereal depending how late we get home!)
Beverages for the week:
Milk, Water, lemonade, ice tea, coffee (Mama)
Snacks for the week:
Cookies, homemade yogurt and jam, red pepper hummus and pretzels, popcorn, apples
Desserts this week:
Root beer floats, triple fudge brownies, ice cream sundaes
