Menu Planning starts again

The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan
for March 13-20    

Note: After speaking at MOPS last week about frugal menu planning, I’ve decided to publish my menu plan again. I don’t know if this will be an every week thing or a once in awhile one…. Whichever it may be, I am hoping this sparks someone with their menu planning- helps them get started, keep going or gives them a couple of new ideas….

Breakfast: Homemade oatmeal with blueberries, toast
Lunch:   Diner Dinner (choice of leftovers)
Dinner: Corn chowder, corn bread and pickle spears
Breakfast:  Yogurt parfaits, toast
Lunch:  cup-o-soup (leftover chowder) & ham sandwich triangles
Dinner:  Crockpot chicken-n-dumplings, steamed green beans, fruit salad
Breakfast: Homemade oatmeal with strawberries & bananas, toast
Lunch: mini English muffin pizzas
Dinner: Quick Chicken Parmesan, steamed veggies
Thursday –St. Patrick’s Day
Breakfast: Green eggs and ham
Lunch: Split pea soup with ham, cheese bread slices
Dinner: Shepherd’s pie, homemade green bread
Friday  -Homeschool Group Day
Breakfast: cold cereal, toast
Lunch: Group Potluck- Bring: potato chips
Dinner: Sloppy pizza burgers, chips
Breakfast: homemade oatmeal with blueberries & cranberries, toast
Lunch: Picnic style: sandwiches, chips, pickle spears, sliced cheese, apples
Dinner: Leftover Smorgasbord
Breakfast: Coco Wheats w/dried cherries, toast
Lunch: Crockpot Beef Stroganoff, homemade bread, steamed veggies
Dinner: nachos
Beverages for the week:
Milk, Water, lemonade
Snacks for the week:
Cookies, cheese slices & crackers, popcorn, bananas, apple sauce
Desserts this week:
Ice cream sundaes, triple fudge brownies
