The Yellow Farmhouse Weekly Menu Plan for April 19th–25th

The lettuce is growing in the garden. The tomatoes are sprouting in our light hut… a few more weeks and our local farmers market will be open again… Oh, we can’t wait!

B: homemade oatmeal topped with brown sugar & sliced strawberries, toast
L: Diner dinner
D: dining out [fundraising dinner]
Dessert: none
B: Choice: Cereal or yogurt
L: Homeschool group potluck- bring: peanut butter & 3 loaves of bread
D: Nana’s Birthday cook-out: bring: deluxe smores fixins’
Dessert: Birthday cake
Wednesday –Field Trip to Beach
B: French Toast, sliced fruit
L: Grab-n-go sandwiches, chips & pickle spears
D: Quick Chicken Parmesan, steamed veggies
Dessert: none
B: Choice: cereal, oatmeal or yogurt
L: English muffin pizzas, veggies & dip
D: BBQ Chicken, baked potatoes, greens salad
Dessert: root beer floats
B: Ms. Books’ Eggs in a basket, sliced fruit
L: Diner Dinner
D: Dinner with friends
B: Daddy Cook (eggs, bacon, toast etc)
L: Leftover Smorgasbord
D: Leftover Smorgasbord
B: Coco Wheats w/dried cherries, toast
L: Crockpot: Beef Stroganoff, greens salad
D: lunch leftovers or snacky supper
Beverages for the week:
Milk (2.5 gal), Water, Lemon Water, lemonade
Snacks for the week:
Cookies, fruit, cheese chunks, crackers, apples, grapes
