Weekly Menu 2010 #2

A meal of bread and water in contented peace
Is better than a banquet spiced with quarrels.
–Proverbs 17:1

Notes: Boy, are we just about sweeted-out. Two weeks of birthday cakes... with lots of icing. I'm craving fruits- oranges, pineapple, kiwi- slightly sweet and tangy-tart. I'm thinking our menus have been a bit heavy these last few weeks... plus the weather finally warming up puts me in the mood to plan some lighter meals for the next couple of weeks- not this week though- we've got leftovers that need eating!
